How Many times did you wake up during your last sleep?

apparently it is quite common to wake up 2-3 times during an average sleep so how many do you remember doing

i would say twice , once about 8.50am this morning because my dog started barking then fell back asleep till about 10,20am.

I just nod off rather than sleep most nights.
Son was getting the plane to California at 6.20, so I hardly slept...he didn't leave the house until 5.50 for the airport.
Then I was sat in my chair by 7 to get confirmation he was on the plane.:hehe:

when im with my bf he wakes me up like 5 times for you know what, he needs to give me a rest.

My wife bought me a fit bit for my birthday and it says my sleep is all over the place. I fall asleep easily but it says I wake up a fair bit never remember it though. Only if nature calls do I remember waking up. R.

I always sleep right through thinly times I wake up is when I force myself to go to sleep earlier that usual because I have to be up very early or when really stressed about something.

I was underwater in a throwing competition where you had to get five furry brown balls into a hole. I did all 5 (not easy) and then the guy next to me said he won with
6and I was like "ER ITS 5 BALLS SO HOW CAN YOU HAVE 6?"

He had no answer so I won :hee:

Then I woke up and it was 05:37 and i had been on my back making a funny noise and drooling

I had the most amazing sleep last night due to being sober for once and surviving of 4-5 hours most of the week. 10 hours and didn’t wake up once. BLISS!

It takes me a while to get to sleep, but once I'm off, the band of the Coldstream Guards could march through my bedroom and I wouldn't hear them. I don't tend to wake up in the night, but maybe I just don't remember when I do.

I find it really hard to go back to sleep once I'm awake. I'd love to be able to drift back off.

i woke at about 5 and then was in and out of sleep till the first alarm at 6 and then 6.10 and got up at 6.15

i dont know why the TL has 3 alarms going off as I get up first and I do not sleep through alarms, in fact I am going to deal with this tonight
