Human Behaviour
Day 5, 18:30
The housemates have today been trying to get to the philosophical crux of the Big Brother experience.
In the smoking corner in the garden, the ciggy wielders debated the effects of being under constant scrutiny from BB's all-seeing eye.
"Big Brother is about dehumanisation," claimed Jon, causing a few furrowed brows and concerned looks from his fellow smokers.
But Justine was keen to take up the baton. "It's getting to the core of the person that you are," she philosophised, before adding rather more sinisterly, "[It's about] getting you to crack up. It's not meant to be a walk in the park."
Nush's 'bear in a zoo' impression
Meanwhile in the lounge, Nush was busy proving this theory true. She had suddenly come over all animal-like and was only too aware of the transformation taking place.
Padding about like an anaesthetised polar bear, she told her onlookers (Cameron and Gos doing the biz on the pedalo), "I'm doin' what those animals do in zoos..."
Then her behaviour took an even more bizarre turn. Sporting fluffy coat and hat, the 23-year-old Malvern girl, looking less like a bear at this point, began crawling through the undergrowth - namely the grassy rug under the dining table.
Noticing this behaviour, Gos provided the soundtrack to her exploits with some David Bellamy-style commentary and decided that Nush was indeed "the lizard of Borehamwood".
And it's only Day 5!
