Why is it always people that have famous connections who get onto Big Brother????

it makes it harder for the rest of us to get on the show...

... like ziggy has done modelling, had his picture up in times sqaure, was in a pop group... people with royal connections seem to get on the show too like george from last year, and lesley from this year

...also it seems to be people who already seem to have alot of money who get on the show too!!!

this year we have to ex boy band member, another with some [tenuos] connection to the Queen, a cousin of a prem league footballer, a relative of someone who stars in a C4 series [Skins I believe], one who has apeared in mags in a series about lookalikes.

The main interest of Big Brother stems from a bunch of nobodys living their lives I believe.

Hehe i know! its stupid because ordinary people is what the show is all about, its supposed to be a normal person becoming popular on tv. I suppose the people with claim to fame lost their fame and are now trying to get into the spotlight.

Endemol thrive on the free publicity the gutter press give the show when housemates celeb/porn/drug taking/blah blah blah secrets hit the streets on a daily basis.
I wish the show would go back to its originol premise but wheres theres muck theres brass.
George Orwell would realise this big brother is just here to keep the proles dumbed down for the summer.
