honestly people, forget about the eye and jus enjoy the show. if there is any connection to the eye we will find out soon. before that nobody will know its significance. be patient and time will tell.

Lets see.. the BBC began transmitting as a public broadcaster in 1922, they produced their first television Test Card in 1947. (The 25th anniversary of the BBC)

Maybe, it's the keyhole like Matt mentioned above. By the way, Matt do you like the multi-coloured eye now, just thought i'd ask?
