The company that makes this is one of the fastest growing in the UK

Huel is a nutritionally complete powdered food that contains all the proteins, carbs, and fats you need, plus at least 100% of the European Union's "Daily Recommended Amounts" of all 26 essential vitamins and minerals. So you know you won’t be deficient in any essential nutrients. It's been formulated by the renowned nutrition expert James Collier BSc (Hons), RNutr. James has over 25 years of experience working in nutrition and dietetics, including 7 years as a Clinical Dietitian in the NHS. He also has an Honours Degree in Nutrition with Dietetics.

Huel is 100% vegan (better for the environment and animals), super convenient, high in protein (148g per 2000 calories) and fibre (35g), contains just 4.6 grams of sugar per 2000 calories (no added sugar), requires minimal packaging and has a shelf life of 12 months (so zero food waste).

Many young males are now dating with "I dont drink or eat except for Huel" Lean ethical dieting. Its the "new narcissism" its about being vain and virtuous at the same time.

In Silicone Valley obsessive dieting is now almost a religion. Former Google Chief Bill Maris is s strict Vegan who takes 100 pills a day so he can "live long enough not to die". Transhumanism is very big in California (the belief or theory that the human race can evolve beyond its current physical and mental limitations, especially by means of science and technology).

So are you going down this route?

Nah... I eat actual food that gives me all the vits and minerals I need and actually tastes good too. I couldn't live on bars and shakes.
