breakfast is before 9 am


lunch is 12-1.30


Tea is 8-9pm



why is this so hard for people to adhere to 7 days a week

i知 not bothered about sticking to times, just eat when you池e hungry

although i try not to have my tea before 18:00 but if i知 hungry, i知 having it

breakfast: weekdays around 8.30 and 8.45 am, in the weekend around 9.15 and 9.30 am

lunch: weekdays and weekends 12 and 12.30

Dinner/Supper: weekdays around 4.30 and 4.45, weekend around 4.45 and 5

Tea: weekdays and weekends around 7 and 8, and then usually snacking around 8.30 pm when my shows are on the telly

Breakfast 9am ish in the car, usually an apple

Lunch 1-1:30pm

Dinner 6-7pm

Tea is a drink :hee:

no its not i finish my work at 7 and that gives me time to have a drink, take the dog out and read the paper before i eat. Ideally i would eat at 9 as that is when good things are on the telly, nowt on before 9 is any good

your body needs a good routine as it is good for your health, your gut and your weight and wellbeing


irregular eating is a gateway to a variety of health issues

Breakfast and lunch can be whatever time for me, and usually I don’t have breakfast at all (and sometimes not lunch) as bad as that is.

Tea is always between 7:30-8:30 at my house tho

Weekdays because at the weekends all bets are off...

Breakfast - 5.30am
Lunch - 12pm
Dinner - around 7pm

Supper (rarely have a supper) around 9pm

Scottish people dont say 'tea' unless they mean a cuppa :omgno:

Agreed, but i rarely have tea, because dinner (at 4-7pm-ish) fills me up for the night.

Weekdays
Breakfast - usually around 10 at my desk
Lunch - usually around 1.30 - 2.00
Tea - depends if my son has any footie practices, athletics etc....anything between 6 and 8pm

Weekends

No breakfast usually because of early footie kuck offs
Lunch around 12-1
Dinner around 6-7

On weekdays:

Breakfast: 7-8 AM if at all
Lunch: 12-1 PM
Dinner: some time after 6 to around 7 PM

Lunch: 12-1

Dinner: 7-8

when i was at school, it was the dinner bell that rang ... not the lunch bell

Evening meal .... i have in the evening, funnily enough
