E4 Red Button (live feed) Gone GONE!!!! (Virgin)

how come e4 have taken the live feed off,

this is on a Virgin +box it has worked ok all week untill today!!

UPDATE: I have rebooted the V+Box and the Red Button Is BACK!!!! :dance2: getin!

UPDATE2:I had to lower my Internet security settings to allow the live streaming to work.

click on the BB eye pic, and it takes you to a seperate BB page, then it says there, watch live feed, click on that and it comes up straight away.

you have to pay to watch BB live on e4? i thought you could get it on freeview?

There are no spare channels on freeview for the live feed any more and there won't be after switch over either. The greedy government is selling off a lot of the old UHF television band for a quick pound.

I had a similar problem with my sky box and all I had to do was turn it off and on again and it worked fine again. You could try that.

My red button is working ok on E4 on Sky Digital. I have been on it since last night and today after 4pm.

They could have replaced Film4+1 with a live feed. Film4+1 was only meant to be on Freeview temporarily anyway...

yes, i can watch i right away, its free for me, all i have to do is click on the link, i dont need a password or anything, but im a virgin media customer, and it may just be for virgin customers, i dont know:shrug:, try it now and see if it works, then come back and tell us!:thumbs:

are you on virgin, because if your not, then i dont think you can watch it, but im on virgin, and its fine for me, great picture, and its not put that bird thing on yet!

it says on virgin you cant get it for free, but you can watch it for a one off fee of £7, i think that means if you pay £7, you can watch live all summer, thats a good deal!

I've tried resetting, turning off and on and all that, yet all I get is the "just a moment" message.

It's quite upsetting ::cloud:

I thought it had disappered since Celebrity Big Brother - I recall trying to use the live feed/Red Button then and it didnt work, so i've not tried it since.
