He's seen Tracey, Amanda, Carole and now Lesley.

I think so, yeah. Because they're separate people and it'd probably be weird dating both. They do certain tasks together when it's necessary, e.g. in the breakdancing one the girls had to go head-to-head and if Amanda and Sam were separated, there would be an odd number of girls (11), which wouldn't work.
