I normally have an hour or so sleep when I go to bed then I wake up and the telly goes on.
Normally lulls me back to sleep..on and off.

Yay, I cant fall asleep in silence, I have it on quiet just for background noise most of the time.

because I love polar bears and I don't want British summers to get any more ****ING DREADFUL I leave the telly OFF AS MUCH AS POSSIBLE

Used to allllllll the time when I was like 14 and younger... It was just out of habit though and once I stopped, never again. It's just annoying to have it on at night now.

Off, always off for me. Even when I'm extremely sleepy, I bloody turn it off

I can never fathom how people can sleep with it on

Where's i usually try to turn off but on the odd night ~ i just conk right out with it still on.

You soon learn to sleep without when you are the bill payer ~ electricty is expensive.

I set my alarm for half past 4 in the morning...turn the telly on and re set my alarm for just before 7...

IF I GET THAT CHIRPING RAT WITH WINGS WITH MY .22, quick enough I switch the telly off...if I run out of pellets or electricity i try and go back to sleep whilst tossing and turning with my head screwed in amongst about five pillows.

It's far to dangerous to leave the tv on you tit.

Nope, if I do occasionally fall asleep with it on it always wakes me up after a bit and I just flick it off.
