But that song doesn't really fit the shortened format for XFactor performances, it's meant to build up and crescendo and wind down throughout, it felt more chopped up than the other songs.

Well one of the blokes from the boy band literally squeeled and coughed mid-performance and bella sounds bloody dreadful in that lower register (she sounds much nicer with the higher pitched parts).

Last night was a mess. The sound issues were avoidable ESPECIALLY for a prerecorded Show. Half of the acts sung over a track which was just poor. I could only tell because Molly kept taking her mouth away from the mic but the sound of the note didn't change in volume or tone. And I heard more of 5SOS than Brendan!

Shan was a bit out of tune and not as good as previous weeks, Brendan and Misunderstood were quite disappointing and Gio was ****ing unbelievably terrible but he'll survive. Didn't like Danny's song but very good vocals. United Vibe were an absolute trainwreck.

We learn time and time again about how online support doesn't translate into votes.

Armstrong and Olatunji both deserved their eliminations, the latter especially. With that vibe it goes down best first time around and it's been done before too much on these shows. Armstrong was one of the worst of the night and pretty forgettable - but maybe another week wouldn't had me sold.

Janice had a terrible first week - but the second was better. Still not a winner quality and deserved on an 'on the whole' basis. LMA, as I said, should've won the sing off against Brendan.

I bet Molly had more votes than A and A. She had far more potential, being on first and singing up tempo didn't help her at all in getting votes. She could have won the show whereas A and A have literally zero chance of winning the show or making the final.

I bet she didn't have more votes than A & A. As of potential, in Week 2 & Week 3, she was simply weak. It wasn't just the about being first - her voice, the performance, the awful song choices and the judges comments all suggested that Molly was not ready for this competition. She would have never won this way. Not in a 6-week-long competition in which you can not make a mistake because there is no time to improve. Molly made not one, but several mistakes. She was rightfully eliminated over the MUCH professional and mature A & A duo. She has an excellent voice for sure, but it's not all about that anymore. She is a little girl who can sing, not a performer or an artist. Maybe in time...
