i personally don’t mind them but i can see why other people would, such as animals and people who suffer from PTSD, as it can cause them panic attacks, so I wouldn’t be opposed to a ban

Lol I've not posted on here for ages but I came back s it's the final tonight but I agree 100% or they could use silent fireworks like they started in Italy. I have anxiety and ptsd and was in a state last night because I the fireworks were so loud and was worrying that someone could break in but because of the noise I wouldn't hear them. Gonna be bad tonight 😣 people just tell you to stop being stupid but it's hard

I heard somewhere that one country had 'quiet' fireworks because of the animals ,if only we could all follow suit.Our dogs and cat have been quite scared by it all and it's not just one night it's over several.:fist:

So do i , its not just cats and dogs , what about wildlife and horses out in fields, home fireworks are usually a complete waste of time and money, and some of them are stupidly loud. Everyone letting them off at different times and it goes on for hours.

They used to be a nuisance when they'd go on at all hours but they're not allowed them after a certain time now so it's fine.

If you banned them for general use and restricted them only to displays, there would be many more displays. And its the ones from proper displays that make all the noise anyway, not the tiny things people set off in their gardens :laugh:
