I'd say it's between Nadia, Aaron and Helen for the ones being the biggest part of their series, and Sam and Sophie being the least involved.
The winners of BB1-5 all played big parts in their respective series tbf.

It was Helen, but that's why she's horrible, she sucked up that series to the fullest and was non stop awful

Aaron and Helen dominated their series.
Then Brian Dowling, Kate, Josie and Nadia also were very involved. I'd even say Jason and Pete too.

Most has to be Helen, she basically made her series tbh. There were other good HMs that year but she was just a powerhouse!
I don't remember anything Sophie BB10 ever did bar change her name, so I have to say her for least. Her or Sam.

helen literally carried the series, love her or hate ha without helen BB15 would've been one of the most boring big brothers ever, the cast was horrendous
