Really went up in my estimations then, that was nice of him. I didn't know alot about him beforehand but I made a snap judgement on him thinking he'd be a bit of a dick, i don't know why  I'm really warming to him

I think suggesting that he brought it in purposely to give it to someone who was struggling was a bit of bull, he blatantly took it in for himself, who wouldn’t? But giving it away to Ann was great :flutter:

It was a lovely gesture,i don't know why some people think it was fake,he is, from what I have seen ,a really nice bloke and he is one of my faves so far.

Yeah, he probably only said that to make her feel ok about taking it

It was a nice gesture and he seems like a genuine guy, he has being doing DIY SOS for 19 years, I don't think he is short of work so winning wont matter to him I don't think

I think he said that so as Anne didn't feel bad about his gesture...it clearly worked

Nick is my favourite at the moment as he is the only one that I'm not getting a bull****er vibe from, maybe he'll go and prove me wrong in upcoming episodes but he seems to be coming across more normal whilst also remaining interesting imo.

It was great to see, and melted my heart.
But why bright white?..bit daft IMO.

I find it fawning and fake and it wont be long before they will be gossiping about her if she does not get her act together

He was literally comforting a very tired and upset Anne before the pillow came in so I'm guessing it was to genuinely make her feel better

My mother is completely smitten with Nick Knowles. No one can speak if he's on telly. And giving Ann his pillow was just a lovely thing.
