If the doctors are worried the insect might get near his brain and nibble on it, no worries.

He is already brain-dead. :D

I'm guessing it was a silly trial he tested on the spin off show D: , truly horrible thought a creature like that being stuck in your ear .

I don't understand why people never cover their ears in these trials  .

So do they just leave it and hope it dies or crawls out?

Epic.

A dead cockroach is just as harmful apparently, causes bacteria to pile up in the inside

You'd think the producers would take precautions after what happend with Fatima but it looks like they don't even care

My worst fear is anything going in my ears & nose ! .

But I agree ,they should take precautions . But they never give them nose plugs or ear plugs  . If it was me I'd be covering my ears and nose with bandana's :skull: .

Exactly! The producers give them goggles to protect their eyes, so why the **** not Nose and Ear Plugs? It's almost like they want an accident to occur

A tree to fall on Scarlett?

I'm screaming at the fact they've been in perfect health conditions after the accident had taken place. Would not be surprised if Scarlett survived being struck by lightning and then shown up with a sunny smile

For years I've always wondered why they only give them silly goggles  . I've actually heard a few of them say critters have gone in their ears in different series' :worry: . Useless medic Bob used a water gun on Anthony Costa's ear one time , I thought that would of made it worse  .

Here's one incident back in 2013 where a Critter went inside Matthew Wright's Ear during a Bushtucker Task. Fortunately for him it didn't go in too deep. When will these ****ing producers learn?

I remember some camp mate getting one stuck in the lug a few years back and Dr Bob had to syringe it out. I think it was Fatima Whitbread

I wouldn't worry about him. The insect's IQ will be far superior, and will leave the numbskull's head when it finds it's entered a void. :D

Same, I'm not a massive fan of him (didn't mind him on eastenders and on im a celeb) but some of those comments on daily mail and on here are quite spiteful and uncalled for. Even if you don't like him there's no need to take the piss out of him in this horrifying situation

From the Daily Mail

''Australia doctors told him he would have to wait an additional 24 hours to see a specialist because they were unable to retrieve the insect.''
