View Full Version : As expected, Annie gets given an easy walk-through of a "trial"

Holly to Anne: "You're doing AMAZINGLY WELL".. after she'd done nothing but pick up 2 stars that were lying out in the open for her. Gets told where the 3rd one is..only to bottle it and run away as there was a few spiders crawling around about 200yards away on the walls(they obviously thought it would be 3 and easy at this point...but couldn't envisage such an absurd dodge) star 4 is yet again positioned right on top of the fish guts(anyone else and it would have been hidden/buried under them somewhere, making the trialist dig and rummage..) she then bolts out of that room and Holly tells her where to find the 5th, which is dead in the centre of the "operating table"..silly Holly then reminds Annie she's doing "UNBELIEVABLY"..before she gets to star #6, which can be seen at the top of the sink, just underneath some kids play goo..star #7 is quickly located on top of another table..and she finally comes to the 4th star in the same room(any surprise they packed 4 in the room with the play goo and pigeons?) which is presented like low hanging fruit in a bag full of play goo. She then got the chance for another easy star but flat out refused an attempt to even go after it..and yet again said those shameful words. Only to be greeted by Holly&Dec like she'd just done a damn fine job.
PATHETIC.

I literally skipped through op post but I picked out the main points , it was still a gross trial with distractions . I know there's been more difficult trials but so what  .
It kept getting more difficult in each room she went .

I think it's easy for people to say the trial is easy when they're not actually doing it.
they have had similar trials in the past that were at the same level of difficulty
Just out of interest, what level of difficulty would have been acceptable? Would a challenge that was impossible for her to complete and not even try to be entertaining be better? Some task where she risked real physical danger? I mean, it's an entertainment show fgs.

Lasty night was a continuation of treating Anne like a child by people who do not understand her condition. Setting autism back years
well done ITV

Well for me personally I suffer with Arachnaphobia (excuse the spelling) and Claustrophobia so getting past the Spider's Webs and going into the air duct to retrieve a star would not have been my personal preferences to do in a trial.
Admittedly however I think that I could've done the rest of it.

There is no way I could have even been in the same room as those bloody birds let alone rummage about for stars amongst fish guts. Birds flapping about all over. The snakes,,,perhaps I could. Spider defintly not. So me personally Id have got maybe 2 or 3 stars that would have been it! So IMO it wasn't an easy task @ all!
Epic.

They've done it every trial, I'm sick and ****ing tired of Anne being singled out no matter what by criticism, even when she does well

Ive never.ever seen anything like it in the history of the show ! 1st room a woman dressed up as a nurse (scary $hit) 2 stars on the top of a dummy with 2 x placid snakes for company,1 star in a drawer with a killer crab .... Room 2 1 star sat on the top of deathly offal ,but just in case it was a bit taxing on the poor soul Holly and Dec were on hand to tell Anne where the stars were ( bless) A couple of buckets of killer cockroaches and mealworms were tipped down for effect ( 90% of them missing the target ) and then those immortal words were she had to (God forbid) get on her knees and face a killer creature in a tunnel ... IACGMOOH !! Just as I predicted

But Anne doesn't suffer from these,.so what's her excuse ?

I didn’t think it was particularly difficult but I doubt they designed the tria around her. They’ve had very similar trials in the past (admittedly not difficult themselves). So yeah, not the most difficult of trials but definitely not designed around trying to help Anne.

Except for the placement of the stars and directions to them from the presenters...then no, it wasn't designed specifically for Anne.

People saying she was given directions should rewatch every single trial this year and see they were all given directions to stars.
John Barrowman for example was told where the ladt star of his trial was.

Though she's the only one to have called out "IACGMOOH" and she's done that 3 times.
7 stars was a good haul, though.

Ant and Dec have always given tips and hints during trials but because it's Anne only now is it an issue  Also of anyone watched Extra Camp they showed the trial being test runned and the stars were in the exact same place as Anne's so you can put your tin foil hats away and get some much needed fresh air.

No! The presenters NEVER point out and shout directions to contestants about where a star is. That NEVER happens, apart from 95% of all trials ever. :idc:
"It's behind you John!"
"A little more to the right! You've almost got it!
But, no, they've only ever opened their mouths for Anne and never offer encouragement to any contestant ever! You know, except when they do.

Everything when you say that she was given special treatment by getting instructions where the stars were but as marsh correctly pointed out that isn't true when you compare it Johns trial, who also got instructions, unless you think John was given special treatment also?

She could have had to bite the head of 11 cobras, completed it and then had to wrestle a 15 ft crocodile and there would still be accusations of the critters being animontric or some other bull****.
You do realise the trials are all set up before the live show even begins? So whoever had gotten that trial would have received exactly the same thing, critters and all.
It’s so dull reading all these boring conspiracy theories.
