Literally can’t remember a time at the moment where something wasn’t wrong with me.

No, but it can happen you get a cold, then something else, then the cold comes back, your immune system might need a boost and get some rest :nono:

Could be, because tiredness is part of that, go and get a blood test to check

Yeah agree with Cherie Cal, get a blood test. You might need to be put on Iron or get some vitamins

You could also be low in vit D as that makes you feel very low , just getting up stairs is an effort when its low and you ache, i have to take it forever as when tested mine was so low it was dangerous.

Thank you everybody for your wonderful advice.

I’m booking an appointment with my GP to get some blood tests done to check for my anaemia.

Wishing you all a very healthy Christmas!

If it's any consolation, I've overslept through my alarm this entire week :( we just gotta hold out a couple months

I hope your GP appointment goes well! I hope they find the cause x

Mental Health wise for sure. These months coming up used to be the dark times. Physically not so much though.
