During the egg task to get letters she was wonderfully kind letting everyone get their egg safely into the basket and having hers go last. She knew time would run out but allowed Nick his letter instead.

Agreed. She was so sweet to let others get their letter from home. I would love a letter from my brother of I was in there too.

Touching... Amazing selfless lady.
Nick and James should have had there's first anyway as they didn't get their first letter from home. Nick has been selfless throughout and always put Anne first.
Hardly an amazing gesture since she has already had a letter...

I don't get this. Why 2 letters from home? Should just be 1 letter. They are only in there for 3 weeks!

I skipped that part, as I did with Letters From Home.
Can't stand the sickly emotional element of people who've been away from their 'loved ones' for just two weeks.

They have a week in hiding before the show too, so it's been just over 3 weeks. And besides they're away from family with no contact, in a country halfway across the world in an environment they're not used to. I'd be more than thankful for a letter from home.

Hardly an amazing gesture since she has already had a letter...I still think Nick is well aware of Anne's popularity. He's not stupid, so of course he's gonna be nice to her. When she cried the first few days and he was hesitant to hug her. It was like the cogs in his brain started working and went "eureka I found my way into the final"

Anne already had a letter from her niece which she raised her eyebrows and sniffed over it.........she didn't give a flying one

also they will all be so emotionally and physically drained sleeping in camp and not eating much for 2 weeks of course they'll be over emotional
Amazing woman who could be the shock winner!Would it really be much of a shock? Anne and Harry have had the popular vote since day 1.

It was guilt, sheer guilt.
Guilt at sitting like a slob for 3 weeks. Guilt at not doing one thing worthy of a place on such a show. Guilt at being TV trash in tasks. Guilt at being selfish n not selfless.

He was insulting and disrespectful towards Anne without any proper evidence .. we see about 8 minutes of camp life out of every 24 hours and even that is badly edited

Tbf, they have zero contact with family for almost a month whilst having an extreme camping trip with strangers and hardly any food. The strongest of people are likely to get emotional about it. Lack of sleep and food especially.
Them having letters from home a few days in was ridiculous, however. It should be a last night type thing.

And she would feel guilt now and not any other time because...?
Because it fits your agenda?

Not quite .. you can tell she's a kind soul even from sparse and biased footage we've been shown of her .
You can NOT draw negatives from footage we haven't seen ??
( as in she's done nothing around the camp ) ..
None of us know who's doing what around the camp .. Sair said in her interview that 'arry agreed to do the dunny if she did the cooking yet we've never seen him doing the loo , for example

That would all be true if Anne hadn't admitted it or hinted to it on many an occasion.
I still think guilt kicked in.

Likewise you can't draw positives....the evidence was there had you been watching. She admitted it herself and having to get her to stoke the fire and Johns comment revealed what we all knew...she clearly did nothing and let the others do it.

Basically all the vitriol aimed at Anne has come from a few self effacing comments she's made and a couple of her failings she's revealed about her self ... you must have met people in your life who put themselves down at every opportunity??

Where did she put herself down?...
Where did she put herself down?...
For starters she admitted to Emily that she felt like 'dead beat' before she got the job on TV and went onto say that she was always the sort of family "loser" until securing the Governess job ..

If anything that's bumming ones self up.

To be honest if I said to my work colleagues that I was always been regarded as the family loser and I felt like a dead beat / loss .... the first thing someone would probably say is " aww don't put yourself down ..". It's a mindset she still has even though her fame and all that goes with it will be telling her different.
She lacks confidence in so many areas that most people are comfortable and take for granted .
Anyways you've made it abundantly clear from the start that you detest Anne so I'm basically wasting my time replying to you .... and for what it's worth you've made many , many disgraceful posts about her which is a disgrace in itself . IMHO

Bloody hell, Anne could save someone about to fall off a cliff and her haters would be calling her a sympathy seeking lazy cow; literally can't do anything to please you people. Maybe it was a good thing she was out to stop this constant unnecessary hate barrage

I despair at times but sadly that's seems to be what gets some of these people off .... just being hateful..

see thats how i see all the posts defending her, disgracefull....defending someone willing to pick up a nice fat pay check on an entertainment programme without actually attempting to entertain....but carry on with youre personal discussion of me, i couldnt give a flying **** to be honest....
that story would have been a poor me tale had she not mentioned her tv work, alas, she did, and to me it came across as bragging.....
so yes, you probably are wasting your breath on me...cause i dont get your opinion of anne.....AT ALL!!!

Its not being hateful...its being opinionated and it happens to be a different opinion to yours.
People get really patronising when someone dares to say something negative about someone with a condition.
You think Anne is the only person in there who has felt down at any part of their lives?....shes come through it...she has more money than most and been successful. She has no real worries ahead of her unlike many.
Excuse me if I ...
