I wouldn't mind that as it gives the production and the new channel some time to come up with new, fresh, and hopefully good ideas that will see the majority of the audience enjoy the show.

“Feelings” do nothing... People had “feelings” about Big Brorher Australia coming back and while it did eventually return it took 5 years and a network bankruptcy for it to happen... Until such time as we have some legitimate news posting about your “feelings” does absolutely nothing...

I'm encouraged by your feeling that BB will indeed be back by then, thank you.

If we all hope for it enough it’ll happen, it worked with Lewis.

All we know is that Netflix did have talks with Endemol, but it's all gone rather quiet.

I am pretty sure it was to acquire dead set, nothing about purchasing the show..
It was all hearsay apparently
As much as I would want Netflix to acquire BB.
I don’t think it Intrested them in the slightest, and I am not surprised after the way Channel 5 treated the show.
I mean, there’s always a possibility in the future of them acquiring it, but I feel like ITV would want to bid on it if it were to come back.
I’m pretty sure ITV did want BB before it was purchased by Channel 5

Nope, I can promise you that Endemol and Netflix sat down to discuss Big Brother. They wouldn't sit down and have meetings over a series which can be acquired easily.
ITV ruled out a bid for Big Brother, but Netflix were/are genuinely interested in the format.

I think itv2 should air it around feb - march/april time instead of survival of the fittest

Let’s be real though if Netflix don’t go for it it won’t come back until Love Island’s numbers start to fall and a channel capitalises on that.

I hope it NEVER comes back, they need to stop flogging this dead horse :bored:  .
Channel 5 made a complete mess of it ! .
But I have a terrible feeling some channel will be desperate enough to buy it .

It certainly makes sense for it to return with its 20th season in 2020
