I get confused by what a sitcom is (is it just any comedy-based show on TV or is there a certain style or something to it?).
But in no order:
- Family Guy if cartoons count
- That 70's Show
- Fresh Prince of Belair
- Full House
- Boy Meets World
- Even Stevens
- Two and a Half Men was good but I never fully got into it so there's a lot of it I never watched
- I'll throw in Saved By the Bell
TOP 3:
1. Full House
2. Fresh Prince
3. Boy Meets World
I feel like I'm forgetting at least one GREAT one. Also I hear about many others being great but I just never got into them.

popular?
Its unfunny trash and would struggle to get into a top 50
It’s ****ing BRILLIANT. Jill is such a sociopathIf you like Nighty Night then I recommend "Sally4ever" also written by and staring Julia Davis.
Plebs is just about the only British sitcom I find funny ..
There's an endless list of US sitcoms that are simply wonderful..

Because it isn't forgettable. :nono:I was just having a light hearted bit of banter. I agree that it's not terrible, it's hardly the best sitcom either.
I haven't watched it right through, but have probably seen most episodes at some time or other. Which character in it are we supposed to like or relate to is what I don't understand.

I don't think it's always necessary to relate to any so I couldn't tell you Alf!
Although, very often the lady in the wheelchair felt like the only "normal" in a town full of crazies, so maybe her.

Drifters & Raised by Wolves are underrated
I've had a change of heart, I'm currently giving Absolutely Fabulous another watch, and I was wrong to say it's rubbish, It's actually very good, I've been laughing loads.
I think I just didn't get it on first viewing, but watching again, I get it now and understand the characters more.
1. Absolutely Fabulous
2. Friends
3. Gavin & Stacey
