It's gonna be a new generation that launches this year. Nothing is known about it aside from that it'll likely be out in November this year. Nintendo confirmed it's existence back when they confirmed the Let's Go games.

Resident Evil 2 for sure, will probably get Mortal Kombat as well. Haven't seen anything else that's really excited me yet.

TLOU2 assuming it gets a 2019 release... which it might not, of course :(. I'm also still cautiously optimistic for Days Gone, even though the constant delays make me a little worried that it'll be trash.
