GaGa has been completely irrelevant since Born This Way album. She had a big era and then another average era and then disappeared. At least Madonna remained relevant for 3 decades.

Not really as a pop artist nope. She isn't solely nominated also its mainly due to Bradley Cooper. The song didn't even perform that well in all honesty. The Greatest Showman songs knocked it out the park in terms of relevancy and popularity. Shes still been irrel for years and has had a mini blip due to a film

um which ones are you referring to? gaga's recent albums are only considered 'flops' bc of how well tf/tfm/btw did, which was unsustainable for anyone.
you're just trying to justify your own personal dislike of her with some reaches.

Madonna, her career has been around for so long and still making good music (still doing well in charts too among the youth)

:joker: The other thread. In regards to her Queen of Pop status, no other artist is referred to AS the Queen of Pop because they haven't made as much of an impact as she has and ever will.
Some of the following links are from credible music magazines like Rolling Stone, Billboard and NME - and they ALL say M is the Queen of Pop, so a poll on TIBB (created to annoy M fans while desperately trying to score brownie points from others) quite frankly means bugger all, tbh. :joker:
It's strange how we never see anybody try to dethrone and strip Michael Jackson of his "King Of Pop" status by saying Justin Timberlake, Chris Brown, or Justin Bieber" is the King of Pop (even though MJ's been dead for 10 years). Elvis Presley is still referred to as "The King of Rock N Roll" and we don't see anyone trying to steal that from him. Donna Summer is also still known as the "Queen of Disco" and anyone with any knowledge of music should know this.
Madonna will always be the Queen of Pop and nothing can change that. Even those who previously bagged themselves an Oscar win / nomination didn't increase their chances of snatching Madonna's crown from her. Diana Ross didn't become the Queen of Pop, Disco, Jazz or anything else, Neither did Barbra Streisand or Cher, and it won't happen to anybody else either.
