The real virtual version of Big Brother, I think it would be pretty cool.

I don’t know if this was ever real/official? I thought someone just edited the Wikipedia page to make it seem like it was official?

It was official. One of my friends Phaylen (from Audrey Middleton's game Sequester) was one of the players in it.
