Who else thought this was disgusting to watch? If Emily really had to call someone a bitch it should be "Big Brother you bitch!", not Shabnam. Shabnam made a mistake but how was she to know what her punishment would be? It makes me laugh how Emily gets called in for the exact same thing later on after calling Shabnam a "******ing bitch".

Emily is a very nasty person.

Also why did she make up the "It'll be closed for TWO days" thing? What was the actual point in that? Get her out!
