1. Orkney, Scotland

My brother lives in St. Albans.
It's really dull and lily-white, sounds like the other places on that list are the same.

Surprised East Dunbartonshire and Aberdeenshire aren't on the list. They usually top polls. Although perhaps it's just Scottish ones they do.

Out of all them I would only rate the cotswolds.....surprised the Scottish Borders ain't on it though.
