We really should be producing our own renewable energy and not be buying it from abroad.

Perhaps we could start a treadmill to add to the National Grid. Maybe offer prisoners the chance to spend eight hours a day on the treadmill in return for stuff... TV, Internet... you know, stuff they get for free now.

Maybe this should be in the "what's the first thing you'd do if you had all the power" thread....
