He was the MP that stopped the Bill of Upskirting
that has now got through.
FGM
is Evil and would have been made illegal with new force

[Sir Christopher Chope shouted "object" in a debate on
laws protecting children from female genital mutilation.
His Conservative colleague, Zac Goldsmith, said his
actions were "appalling" - Lib Dem Tom Brake said
the MP had "reached a new low".
Sir Christopher has argued his aim is to
stop badly thought-out legislation.]

For what reason? That's disgusting behaviour
Do you mean it's not illigall already cause I read of a couple being charged with this crime a few days ago.

he is being a smart ass and complaining about the process in which private member bills are approved. Interestingly, he never objects when its one of his friends presenting a bill through the same process.

Maybe private member bills should be objected to. But not at this cost of children's private members.

It is Illegal but not so easy without this New Law
and this new law was able to get Outside nations
to help catch them
faster.
That case is rare,
Thats the point.
Its increasing

Exactly, if he'd have said "i disagree with this bill because (reasons)" he'd still be an idiot, but voting it down as a protest against the process should invalidate his vote, as it's not based on anything.
