R Kelly spent a second night behind bars as he's said to be too broke to pay his bail.

The singer, 52, appeared in court in Chicago yesterday for a bond hearing following his arrest on suspicion of 10 counts of aggravated criminal sexual abuse.

Judge John Fitzgerald Lyke, Jr. set the Ignition star's bail at $1 million, but Kelly only needed to stump up £100,000 of it to ensure his release.

However, Kelly - full name Robert Kelly - reportedly failed to come up with the money and spend a second night in jail.
