It was a double eviction so no goodbye message were recorded for this one :p

Oh yeah :joker: oops

I think this season is going along fine BUT this past week was basically boring af and that double eviction felt lifeless.

Tbf it made the show feel more real because in past double/triple evictions we tend to just see crazy big moves happening on this show, like it feels forced, so in theory it's nice to see one go down with a more "minor move" normal eviction... However, it was still anti-climatic and boring to watch so idk exactly how nice it is to actually see.

Results-wise, I like a Chelsea/Eddie boot episode but I kinda prefer the extra chaos of past seasons even if the result ends up sucking.

Matthew.

Nnnnn what a disappointment :skull:

Was really hoping for a Dane blindside tonight but we just lost the best houseguest of the season over the worst </3

Oh wait, I wasn't paying attention before. Everyone (including Eddie) is in jury now right? I'm just assuming because it usually starts at 11 people.

Last year they randomly changed it back to 9 but I remember them getting a lot of hate for it because it meant Erica missed out an people preferred bigger juries. Idk if it's jury or not now though

This is so tragic. wtf at this bunch having zero balls to evict the big guys??
Sam, Adam and Dane are going straight to final 3, with Sam being screwed over by the boys (Britney BB12 USA teas) discovering she was a plant the whole time. Girl bye.

- That convo between Sam & Adam :joker:
- Este & Damien getting in the secret room  Them getting in actually meaning nothing though :skull:
- Dane dropping the boxes on his head when he opened the secret room door :laugh2:
- The Sam/Kiki HOH room talk :skull: I do love that Sam just told it to Kiki straight, cut all the bs, so at least now Kiki doesn't think she's doing this amazing lying to people as if people don't see through it :joker:
- Este this whole episode
- Eh interesting veto twist but a bit pointless and less powerful than I would've thought. Especially a bit pointless in the way it was decided and given to the person who 100% doesn't need it. I hope that's not the end of that secret room though, that'd be pretty weak.
- And Adam's so right, pretty unbelievable how little people fought for that thing lol

JerseyWins

Oh and why is Mark sooooo all over the place between wanting to go against the PB's and then becoming loyal to them, wanting to win HOH to protect them and even calling it the greatest alliance of all time at the end of the episode??? :skull:

- Dane bitching and moaning that Kyra was undeserving of getting a veto after putting no ****ing effort in for any other option filled me with rage. Entitled af, way too much screen time, praying Kyra backdoors his ass.
- Sam had 3/4 pretty boys in her shortlist and nominates Kiki ugh this ****ing season.
- Kyra is possibly the best person to get this veto cos I think they're pretty much the only person willing to make a move at this point

Kiki is ridiculous, Sam pulled her off and she's just plotted against her anyway. And Este somehow thinks Dane doesn't have this men's alliance even though she's been told it loads of times. Sorry to see Chelsea go, much rather a competitor kept in rather than Kyra. And of course Cory is too weak as she came in later so just has to keep under the radar. Some like Anthony and Mark are just comfortable in their alliance and don't talk outside of it.

I've never been a fan of the presenter, but wasn't she confusing Kyra and Kiki in the eviction episode several times? There is the confusion that Kiki is also known as Kiera, but there is only one Kiki still.

Agreed. As long as Sam is on board if the veto is used. Unless the power allows Kyra to name the replacement (that would be great). To be fair I think it would be the only thing that could save their game. Kyra is always going to be the easy target. Would love to see this happen.

Kyra: We are strong independent "non-males" I like their change on the usual wording of strong independent females/women :joker:

That Mark & Kiki conversation :laugh3: "Honestly, like what are you even talking about half the time?"

Why is Mark suddenly so damn goofy/strange lately, especially this episode now? :skull:

Omg Samantha loves listening in on Dane & Adam it's kinda hilarious :joker: Lucky for them they weren't saying anything too bad to have her extra suspicious. Although I wonder if she heard the part about possibly throwing the veto to Mark!

Adam always getting slack from all angles and then going on to always be the center of it all with constant power in this game

I thought this was a very good episode which is nice after a few boring ones lately :clap1: I could see it still being boring for others though as it was still a very Sam/Adam-heavy edit. Cliffhanger on the veto tho :skull:

I like Sam and Adam, though more so Sam as Adam either doesn't realise or ignores that he won't be able to keep Sam with that alliance.

Even without watching the live feed I can feel there's bias there. Kiki saying she is competitive and a 'fighter' (along with her pal apparently) despite evidence to the contrary in competitions. Making out that Sam is influenced by everyone and anyone when she only seems to have two allies anyway so what exactly is she supposed to do. Making out that Sam doesn't know she needs allies outside of Adam and making out that she somehow can trust Kiki when it's obvious that she and Este (and she has tried to win them over before) plot against her. Sam seems to have been suspicious of the men's alliance longer than anyone else but the others don't have game. And the talk about floaters and the edit soon after moving onto Cory and Damien as if they aren't floaters.

Nothing more silly than repeating a teaser given at the start of the episode at the end.

"Nicest smile"
"Dane"

I avta laugh :joker:

Damien is so invisible from a game standpoint when I think about it  Visible enough in the edit though with the little segments they give him.

Honestly with the way the PB's are playing, they've made it look like it's Adam/Sam/Kyra vs. Kiki/Este/Dane and everyone else is just floating... so I give some credit to the PB's gameplay/strategy rather than simply the rest in there being that stupid.

WHOA... what happened between Kiki & Dane? :o And ****ing LOL @ Kiki getting carried all the way out to the stage

starry
05-04-2019, 09:21 AM
They dragged it out so long I thought the payoff wasn't going to happen, the edit had to make all the drama about what led up to it. Kiki's only loyalty seemed to be to be Este and that was probably her downfall, few trusted her. She should have gone against the men's alliance, Chelsea would have been a good ally as that would have brought in Sam but Kiki was gunning for them.

Even the staging of the payoff could have been better. They should have revealed Kyra could use the power only when the eviction vote had been announced and said 'Kiera you have been evicted please say your goodbyes.......[just as she is about to go up the stairs] BUT....'. I don't know why Kyra had to be standing up after the vote to indicate it was in play and then she even had to go to the DR.

The funny bits, not that funny.

This really feels like BBUS12 all over again but without the funny Andrew & Brenchel & Kristen drama / blowups and the comedy from people like Britney and Kathy. (and obv without the charismatic levels of entertainment that the BRIGADE brought)

So nowhere near BB12’s level which I thought was a very solid/good season. Major Tesco BB12 I suppose :joker:

Lmaoooo @ Dane/Anthony revealing to Adam that they're gonna try to pin the blame on Sam and Adam storming off :joker:

Oh damn Adam FLIPPED OUT afterwards I-

Honestly, I could be wrong, but it doesn't even make sense that Sam/Adam/Kyra were the ones that wanted to backdoor Cory... they had literally allllll the power last week and could've just done it. Of course, it still is possible that they could've changed their minds last minute though. But if the little flashback they showed is how it started, then I guess it was Dane?

Man, the PB's are controlling the hell out of this season. Bad players against them or not, it's pretty impressive.

That was a pretty solid episode as well :clap1:

Cory seems kind of paranoid and useless, maybe that's the problem if you don't have much of an alliance. I'm glad the mastermind edit hit an obstacle though because I always find them boring, it's silly to suggest that other people don't have minds of their own.

- Anthony is a mess (ticking time bomb-esque) that tries to stay concealed by a "cool, calm, collected" "humble" type of mindset... kinda horrific yet kinda funny to watch :joker:
- Mark is sooo weird
- Este in the veto comp ffs :joker:
- I reeeeally don't think Dane should've revealed the plan like that to Este (that all along there was a plan and he knew himself & Este weren't in danger).. he should've made it look like he was actually the target and he would think of a plan to save Este by pushing for Sam or something like that. Maybe not a big deal though but she looked a bit shook by it in a potentially bad way like he's actually doing more than she thinks and not telling her everything.
- Este & Anthony's talk about the "rumored" guy's alliance nnnnnnnnnn
- The disagreements & the mini-blowups between the PB's actually kinda inadvertently helps them in the end (whatever they let out in public anyway). It's like that bit of doubt that doesn't make it look so obvious that they're all working together. (but still should seem fairly obvious at this point tbf )

Dane isn't likeable. The heavyhanded Anthony mastermind edit is just so tedious, the whole last two episodes were too predictable. They've been setting up the mastermind edit for three episodes now.

One big cringe moment was when they were doing that drum roll or whatever it was when the host for the competition was picked, obviously something set up for the cameras.

Another joke episode.

Este talks about being "underestimated" and then slags off Mark for putting her weak ass on the block? The sums just don't add up, silly little girl. This tells us she's at least aware she's a floating pawn weakling,, but her production pals are encouraging her to play the "I'm being understimated" card. Trying to keep her relevant until they gift-wrap her an HOH/POV win. RIDICULOUS.

She also had the gall to tell Mark the move he made(which can hardly be argued was in fact best for HIM, not her, her equally useless mate or her puppet master) had cost him 100grand. Imagine having someone as pathetic as that talking to you in that way? Mark did well to keep his cool and not light her up for that nonsense, knowing weak garbage like her shouldn't even be anywhere near jury to have a say in who wins.

We also had dull Damien storming about pretending to be mad, saying "what a ****ing joke". The only joke is him, Este, Kyra and players of similar ilk who bring absolutely nothing to the game, floating through it with an absurd, entitled attitude of being rewarded for doing zilch. PATHETIC. The trouble is, production are equally as ridiculous and pathetic that they'll go ahead and actually reward it time and time again, pandering to moronic clowns who "stan" such weaklings for no other reason than "they're cute". LUDICROUS.

And the whole "secret assassin" thing was as rushed and ridiculous as I thought it'd be. Adam walks in and just happens to find a "clue". He's such a terrible actor, his reactions to "searching" for "something" and finding it was ridiculous(and he was trying to hold his laugh in the entire time, saying stupid shyte like "what am I supposed to be looking for Big Brother" like they hadn't already told him. And he said at the end "All the time in here paid off" Like that freshly cut hole in the wall was there all the time. EMBARRASSING. And the silly message that played in the tape should've really said: agent, if you are hearing this message, it means we're in full on desperate mode and have cooked up a desperate "twist" to ensure boring loser Damien stays in the game..and we screw Cory, Ant and Mark as part of a triple whammy bargain. Not to mention it makes your slutty gf happy in jury, as well as putting our golden boy in a stronger position. Just one big giant bastard of a farce. It yet again highlights the desperate lengths they're prepared to go to to in order to protect/save/enhance or ultimately ruin certain players advancement. They don't give a **** how laughably RIGGED it is. The pathetic faces, so desperate and helpless when the game moves without interference, then look at them ecstatically jumping for joy when they're bailed out by such rigged up bull****..

https://media.giphy.com/media/5R0yyNxWGv7uYRzAng/giphy.gif

You'd think there'd be at least a decent part of them that was ashamed and embarrassed to be saved by such blatant cheating,, but again, this only highlights their feeble characters, and tells us they don't give a damn how absurd their progression is. One can even see Cox is cringing at the retarded riggage,, standing there with a big fake smile on her face, pretending to be enthused, while clearly thinking "this is absolutely ridiculous. Are the viewers really supposed to be buying this rigged up garbage?" PREPOSTEROUS.

Yes, utter garbage. But anything to give their golden clown more air time.

And again there was lots more (terrible, terrible) acting going on as they clearly all knew they would be rewarded for going along with the nonsense. Este most likely wouldn't have put those teeth anywhere near her mouth, but after being told they would be rewarded with tons of food, she'd have sucked Dane's sweaty toe to get it. This is a greedy little person that flat out refused contact from family..but then immediately made sure she wasn't a "have not". Just a selfish little girl.

Easily better than last year's

I get not liking this season for people that don't like the PB's, and maybe it's looking pretty predictable (however we still don't know which PB member is going to win or if Damien or Kyra will manage to sneak by for a win) but there's simply more going on than in BBCAN6 at the least. I mean most people gave up early, but the season has been fairly solid lately. Dane's Marsha task was cheesy and not very good but it's something BBCAN has been doing since BBCAN1, people just don't like Dane which is fine lol. It's not just a basic steamroll though.. there's a fair amount going on within the PB's and outside of it over the past few weeks.

It's lacking "big moments" but still providing some comedy and drama. Especially looking at things a bit ironically

So, dull Damien actually managed to win something. But when you break it down, Dane threw it(most likely. But you notice how they keep making a point of him in particular "throwing" them. As if to remind us that he "could've" won all those past ones if he wanted, but he's just "choosing" not to..) Embarrassing Este and Krappy Kyra can't win jack,, so he was basically facing off against moronic Mark in a 50-50. But when you consider they most likely gave their protected one at least one practice run, and also set up his puzzle pieces in a specific order(so he knows where to locate each piece quicker), it was much more like 90-10. He was gloating all over the place as if he'd just done something incredible, and he also told Canada not to worry, as it's only going to get better from here. Almost like he's getting us ready for further upcoming riggage.

I love BBCAN5 but no way was it the peak - despite the big moments that came from it, there's still a lot of meh in there.

BBCAN5 didn't have loads of meh in the season imo, it was a great season overall,a lot of the fans praise that season and it was discussed quite a lot actually. BB6 however was the decline, way more meh moments than any season (at the time) some people gave up and it wasn't discussed as much and now you have Jersey on his own during bbcan7

So it's alright PERIOD :smug:

BBCAN5 was hated by lots though.

When you think about BBCAN5 - what really was there? There was Ika and Demetres domination which didn't even result in a F2. There was Kevin's risky gameplay including William and his Comp Wins. And there was Nedas downfall.

Nothing else was really that memorable. On the whole the vets were a let down - the better ones went early because they were popular. The newbies aren't really that memorable nor impactful on the season.

It's one of my faves but BBCAN4 was so much better.

The only tolerable one is Adam, and he's less so when Sam isn't around. Mark is meh he was just desperate to be the best player ever yet too scared to make moves.

Anthony and Dane are two of the worst HouseGuests I've ever had the displeasure of watching and I sure will be glad not to see them again next year.

Has that ever happened before? It always cuts away from visuals while the tune is playing. This time, they hush the music.. to let the clown brag about staying. PATHETIC. But nothing new or highly irregular is ever out of the question when they're so desperately pumping their fav.

Also, during the live eviction, the way they allowed the moronic cheers from the idiotic crowd(from brainless sheep who buy whatever their sold) to come through whenever there was confirmation of Dane staying.. PATHETIC.

Also, while I could see the logic in Ant booting Mark, it's strange how on the Monday ep he went from, "Mark has been really loyal to me during this game..and I don't want Mark to touch the block".. to being so determined to have Dane stay over him shortly afterwards? One suspects production have dangled a cash offering in front of him. It's pathetic the lengths these pigs will go to in order to get their way. From pulling twists out their asses at the drop of a hat, to bribing the players in power to make moves they otherwise wouldn't have made without incentive/or just pure force. PATHETIC.

Oh and guess what, their golden boy just happened to "win" the next HOH. A nice easy "answer questions" one(the likes of which floating, useless trash like Paras and Kyra excel.. seeing as they can easily be fed the answers beforehand) We now await confirmation of whether they want to keep "Alpha dog" riding alongside him. Dane also conveniently "won" the Veto, allowing Ant to make the move on him if he wishes, leaving golden boy blood free again..

Also in hindsight I'm honestly going with BBCAN4 for best BBCAN season.

BBCAN4 > BBCAN2 > BBCAN1 > BBCAN3 > BBCAN7 > BBCAN5 (overrated by some/many) > BBCAN6 (I liked plenty of the cast members but THIS was an incredibly boring season, not the current one)

oh hi yeah I'm back :hee: x

Soooo I was actually dreading catching up on this season but I have to say I've been pleasantly surprised...I've kind of enjoyed it? It's certainly better than BB6. The biggest issue is that I just don't care about many of the cast, but actually they've managed to provide some interesting storylines and drama

Credit where it's due, I've been very impressed with some of the Pretty Boys' gameplay, granted a lot of their success has been due to everyone else's stupidity (like Este I think it was earlier on in the season to Anthony, "why would there be a boys alliance, it doesn't make sense" - like how vacuous can you get?) but some of the little nuances I've enjoyed. The thing I've enjoyed the most though is their trainwreck dynamic, and Anthony's AMAZING season long trolling of Adam

Talking of Anthony...it's great to have a male villain on BBCan that's kind of rootable? He's arrogant but not vile in the way that say, Jared or Andrew Gordon were...and his social manipulation is extraordinary. Don't care for Dane, and I liked Mark (particularly his poem :clap1:), LOVED Damien but really do wish he'd bothered a bit more, a tad dense really.

Anyway, not a vintage season by any means but certainly not terrible.

Watching the Sunday ep:

- Dane's triumphant HOH win after nearly being out the door :clap1:
- Anthony REALLY shouldn't have mentioned that @ not wanting to be nominated because he's never touched the block. Anyone know if either one or both of them are thinking about taking Kyra to F2?
- Adam getting the spicy asiago ranch chicken sandwich from Wendy's... FIRE
- Skipped through most of that cause of the awards/flashbacks part of the episode, meh... the actual game stuff wasn't too bad for a F4 noms episode though (often not much to see there)

I hate to admit it but as the series goes on in warming to Dane a little bit :skull: It's not that he's a good HG - because he definitely isn't - but I think it's just because there's that little people left that he's automatically one of the best.

Ain't possible. Just like last season, the "winner" was decided before the off.

Coco: "Welcome to the final and most important POV comp of the season".. and what does it happen to be? Oh yes, a big BLIND bastard. You see how desperate they get once they come to the end? You see how they refuse to let it play out with chance/skill?. When the variables are limited, the control is tightened. When they want/need to make certain, they bring in these bastard comps where they just make up times. PATHETIC. Not that Adam has too much to whine about by being shafted, since a completely made up "twist" allowed him to avenge his mickey mouse gf by unfairly shafting the mop who was used to backdoor her. Sadly, ALL of them are game to be shafted by riggage BAR the pet clown they've been so desperately pushing from the get-go. As long as they persist with forcing their pet down the viewers throats, each season will continue being read like a predictable novel. Day one: Dane is rammed down the viewers throats. Day finale: Dane makes f-2 and is certain to win. Is this really what people like/want??? Is such predictable shyte really entertaining you????? I will never, ever, ever understand why they feel the need to drive down this route.

(comp beast)andd think Anthony has floated through the game.

I was a bit skeptical at first but they came around... a very good alliance

Anthony: Wise oldest brother
Adam: Second brother, popular, everyone likes him
Dane: Wild, trouble making & fun third brother
Mark: Annoying youngest brother that they all hate but still love in the end as family

I don’t think their ages match that but I like an alliance to have some kind of brotherly or sisterly dynamic like that  And they all played their actual roles in the alliance very well :clap1:

Anthony annoys me so much like the way he gazes into the distance like he is some sort of Godfather, and he thinks he can win because he is a self-proclaimed 'word smith' when in actual fact he has no chance against Dane he is just pathetic. I don't like Dane but he deserves to win over the other two idiots.
