I think Man City, but I'd rather Liverpool just so that it's somebody new. I'd like to see Spurs win sometime soon as well (again - nice to see someone new win it)

I'd rather Liverpool.
However Man City are still stronger I think.
So I think City will.

I'd rather Liverpool but I think that it's clearly Man City's for the taking.
The only way Liverpool has a chance at winning the Premier League title is if it's between them and Tottenham as both have a habbit of bottling it on the big occasions.

For me personally I want Liverpool to win it because they'll not get many opportunities again, where as Man City will have plenty of opportunities to win another title.
