Love Yvie more and more every episode. However I've seen that exact look on a YouTube video she did, before she went on the show.

Scarlet still reminds me of Lord Percy from Blackadder.

Kinda don't mind Shuga Cane, Vanjie just makes me laugh and Nina is fu. Those three, Scarlet and Yvie are my 5. I can take or leave the rest.

As for the lip sync I'm glad Mercedes stayed but do feel a tad bad for Kahana as she vocally stated she didn't want that role with only two lines and I don't see how anyone can claim "well it's what you make of those two lines" when it was literally about 6 words in total? How can you possibly win a challenge off that lmao

I think she would still be in the bottom with that outfit.... it wasn't just the scene. But I do agree that the scripts are rarely laughable and often unbalanced to favour the luck of the draw in parts allocation. It needs correcting or axing

i just popped in to say this is probably one of the best scripted acting challenges in DR herstory? like I've just come off the back of S4's DIRE prison acting challenge, and this was a world apart.

scarlet and yvie's wins were deserved. Scarlet is a fun villain.

I do feel kinda bad for kahanna.... i feel she would have done better if her role wasn't so small.

That episode was messy from beginning to end. I skipped most of the acting challenge, it was as usual...awkward.
Both girls should have gone home based on looks and runway.

I thought it was a good episode. The acting challenge wasn't that bad. The second group (one with Scarlett) were much better than the first. Looks like there's going to be alot of drama this series, especially after viewing untucked.

Scarlett, Ariel, Yvie, Vanjee and Plastique are my current favourites. Brooklyn is good too. Pleased with who left and LOVED that lip sync choice.

Just watched it, some thoughts:

- Re: Kahanna complaining about the lines, I *would* normally agree with that but I think the point RuPaul made about them supposing to be in sync, like robotic twins, was a fair one. Alexis Mateo & Shangela won a challenge in S3 by doing that with a fairly small role, and Aquaria almost won last season by doing a robot shtick. Buuuuut... this wasn't a good script (again) and I don't see much room for them.
- Mercedes' stories :( however she absolutely MURDERED that lipsync and I didn't see that coming at all :clap1: when she turned back to the other girls and started bending back, pointing to each 'WORK' :flutter: ugh, a very good lipsync.
- Yvie vs. Ra'Jah was an odd one because both of them showed their asses. I agreed with Ra'Jah on the main show: Yvie was being unnecessarily petty and childish (rolled my eyes at the whole "well at least SOMEONE owned up to it Ariel!1!!! unlike these other bitches!!!11!! :rolleyes:" speech). But in Untucked, Ra'Jah blew whatever point she had by storming out. But whatever, it's a cute bit of drama and had shades of the old Untucked, so I'm here for it. Ra'Jah's clapbacks :joker:
- Silky being unable to take criticism may be her downfall, and if she has one that should be what it's for, not for being a loud big girl.
- Scarlet is 100% going to be my Derrick/Milk/Pearl/Farrah of the season. A reasonably good-looking queen that lasts far too damn long. Her desperation to come off as a villain is already tiring.
- The challenge in general was pretty poor, but I think Shuga was robbed. Scarlet & Yvie's scenes were...not memorable?
- In terms of runway, I guess Yvie, Vanjie, Scarlet and Brooke did the best. Brooke's in particular (again)... that plastic collar was amazing.
- I'm pretty bored of queens landing in the bottom 2 for having an accent that Michelle/Ross keep making fun of them for.
- Bobby was a great judge. Can't remember much of the woman but she seemed to make fair points.

OH and finally: I swear to god if they try to make cyst happen a la Vanjie last year, I'm suing. It's such a crappy attempt at making a catchphrase. The show is really trying to make memes of itself lately (putting RECTANGLE GIRLS OF THE WORLD!!! on the TV in the background of Plastique's nail salon scene; putting mathematic equations over Vanjie being confused during the script runthrough, like that Coco meme) like they did with AS4's constant telenovela background music for Valentina and it's pretty ****ing transparent who they're favouring each season :idc:

Ia with it being a good scripted challenge. At least ‘Good God Girl Get Out’ was, ‘Why It Gotta Be Black Panther?’ was not great. Yvie absolutely killed it in both the challenge and runway and I was kinda pissed she had to share her win with Scarlet (who looked hideous in the runway and wasn’t up to Yvie’s standard in the challenge). Ra’Jah is ****ing awful. I’m warming to Miss Silky a bit more, she’s not as obnoxious as she first seemed in the premiere.
