Charley broke rules yesterday and NOTHING happened!!

Live feed yesterday morning during the spat between lesley and charley over lesley being upset at the results. Not exactly what was said but around the same lines:

Charley: "People have weirdo personalities in this house, they must have put ME in here cos they knew I'd be swinging out've the chandeliers going out of my head with such weirdo's. I really cant be bothered with you anymore NOMINATE ME IF YOU WANT"

Lesley: "You shudn't have said that, we're NOT allowed to talk about that"

Charley(to camera): "I'm only joking (giggle) I swear"

Lesley: "We're not allowed to talk about that you're gonna get into trouble"

It wasnt even reffered to on bblb, so I think they're not doing anything about it, which in my opinion is a load of bull.
If bb is gonna be so strict with rules on one housemate they should do so with all housemates!!
