The nature of the allegations against Dowdy, had been suppressed by the body which regulates nursing.
The public and the media have been banned from the hearing because of the severity of the allegations against her, which have never been made public.
Dowdy was suspended by the Nursing and Midwifery Council when the claims came to light.

he announcement comes after it was revealed Dowdy had been suspended over allegations of ‘serious’ misconduct concerning his care.
The move was taken at a secret tribunal after the scientist’s family is believed to have lodged a complaint


I wonder if it is something to do with his will, as it looks like something the family have complained about after his death?
