Usually 2, lunch and dinner. But still have breakfast a decent amount of the time too. Sometimes a snack at some point in the day but not even really a "meal"

Edit: Today I'm just having breakfast & dinner most likely as I have plans to go somewhere to eat for an early dinner.

Breakfast and an evening meal.

Tend to have a sandwich about 4pm when I'm home from work though and snack too.
