The only reason we were able to withstand Germany was because we're on an island. Most voters tend to be ill-informed on both sides. Elections and referendums aren't dependant on the informed vote but which side can amass the most ill-informed votes to their side since those votes are easily swayed and earned.

That bus got a huge amount of coverage and that coverage would have swayed a lot of the ill-informed people to vote for Brexit.

There have been other referendums before, it's been three years and the landscape has changed, if the people demand another vote, just like they did for the first one, then you can't claim democracy and then deny the people their say if they call for it.

If enough people want another vote then it's undemocratic to say no because Leave fears a different result.
