many do and many just think that they can make more money for themselves

not thinking at all about the people already there or infrastructure etc

that is why it needs controlling and controlling well

It does need controlling I agree, but throwing them into cages at overcrowded detention centres, or throwing them into 'Sanctuary Cities' is not the awnser.

There are no ideal answers when dealing with things like this, you need action and solution. Its never going to suit everyone but tough decisions need to be made and there are many who wont make them but will be happy to criticise those who make them (not you, im talking about in America)
