From what I’ve read at the time the entirely of the British public HATED Charley and she was evicted with a HUGE majority n came out to boos! Absolutely disgusting! From the series I’ve watched as they happened the general public were especially dreadful in bb19 with dumb and dumber being the faves to win

It was bigger than that. I still believe it was a huge factor in what lead to the show's cancellation. The Facebook for the show was flooded with people proclaiming they'd quit watching the show after weeks of awaiting the scumbag to get his comeuppance and not be on top like he kept predicting only for a horrifying result instead. It's why the ratings figures for CBB19 ended up being the lowest, or at least one of the lowest, of any Winter CBB by that point.

If I had to pick the worst eviction result EVER across both BB and CBB though, then it's easily in CBB18 when Saira was evicted. For such a multi-layered, complex and interesting housemate to lose a VTS against Bear AND Lewis AND Heavy D, three of the most one-dimensional, uninspired, and completely dislikable housemates was something that me and the forum filled with rage and the realization there was no hope left for that series

Then finally, they sidelined previously important housemates like her and John in favor of Tiffany, Jeremy/Stephanie and even Danniella. It made some people get a little bored of her, and she was out for it, but to be fair, it was very close between her and Danniella, and Stephanie wasn't far ahead of them either

Isabelle meanwhile had already done several things across the weeks that'd ensure she'd win, and in the last week Chanelle and several others sung her praises and she had all these DR's and conversations about how much she's grown from insecurity and difficulty she previously had with herself. Deborah was also a supporting character in the way the show was edited for most of the series. I thought her getting 3rd would be obvious, as did most people at the time
