I have been before and didn't particularly like it, but last year I joined the Gym, no contract so I went knowing I could cancel if I wanted to so there was no pressure to go, and now I'm hooked!

I joined the gym last week. Still navigating my way around. Went yesterday and had a decent workout on my chest and legs. Going again tonight :)

Yes.

Favourite equipment is the primal strength performance wall...and the mirrors.

I used to go a lot and do Zumba, but it seemed silly paying out all the time so we have a little gym in our shed in the garden which consists of a treadmill, excercise bike, stepper and Ab Cruncher, so its better and we can use it when we like. My fave is the treadmill.

I cycle and run outside... but not so that Parmnion can get an eye full when I do. I run for myself... like most women do.

I hate gyms because I can't breath in them... so stifling.

...yeah same, Mokka... I really don’t like gyms that much or using gym equipment ...I’ve only just started with a regime again to do a run next month so I’m running, walking and cycling...and I love being outdoors more than anything else...

Yeah but I don’t love it... it’s decent until it gets repetitive/boring but I’m trying to stay at least somewhat healthy & in shape lol. I’d muuuch rather play a sport.

Been slaaacking on gym sessions since before Easter though

I do but haven’t been a while, considering signing up for one of those six weeks intensive classes to get me back into it and tone me up quickly for the summer!

Other:

I have gone twice maybe three times tried like 2 bits of equipment had no idea how to use them so had a play on the vending machine instead and then went swimming and when I say swimming I mean sitting on the edge of a pool with my mates like we were on holiday. Haha!

I used to go a lot mostly to classes, body jam was my favourite also body pump and aqua fit, had to stop everything when I was unwell and I'm just slowly starting to get back into it, not allowed to do any classes yet so atm I'm walking and jogging so far.

I know Cherie, but some of the prices are silly, and this way we can work out anytime we want. I do miss the Zumba though.

I go three times a week, focusing mainly on cardio but increasing the amount of muscle building and core work. Since I started going I've lost about six stone.
