I like RIcher sounds. Time to get those new speakers I've been promising myself for years.

I bought my TV from Richer Sounds after hearing about they're amazing customer service. I was virtually ignored and left to fend for myself while the three male staff busied themselves with a bloke looking to buy a music system. Then they contacted me with a delivery date but they missed it and my TV arrived 3 days later.
I know some people love Richer Sounds but for me they've had their chance to make a first impression.

It's an over-priced hard sell relying on people not really knowing what they're looking for and thus looking for "recommendations". If you do know what you're looking for then you can get better, cheaper, elsewhere 99% of the time.

My LG telly is less than six months old and keeps losing channels so I have to keep retuning it. I've changed the aerial cable and everything... bloody thing.

Needs a new main board...or someone that can solder a new tuner onto your main board.
Do you have any boring friends?

Not a ringing endorsement really parm!
I've never had a TV pack in completely. The worst I can say about mine is that I have to prop it forward slightly at the top back corner with a pencil, or I get backlight bleed along the bottom edge. Though I think that's because the stand is clearly far too small for a 55" telly and it's putting strain on the bottom of the screen.

Of course by doing this
it means the CEO does not have to close stores
as the workers are now going to have to cut prices (in store stock)
more , to stay viable etc.

What model is it...I know the Samsung j9000 is notorious for that.
