With Jeremy Kyle being axed due to a recent suicide of a contestant, LI has also faced a controversial year with Sophie and Mike ending their lives... (the show is being scrutinised everywhere), is this the beginning of the end?

Big Brother has ended and is obviously avoiding the storm, but let's be honest, it probably would have been the first show after JK to her attacked.

Big Brother.. first show out there. Gets axed and starts to bring everything else down with it? I'm telling you, by 2023, I think most of the current realities will be gone for good.

I think its only a matter of time before someone dies on The Challenge, they push them too far, and then of course it will be cancelled and all the shows that have been built upon will rumble.

I don’t think so. LI will still be very popular this summer. The same people calling for it to be axed on twitter will be making memes about the Islanders in a few weeks time

Of course LI will still do incredibly well. But I think it will drop in ratings this year.

Cancel everything to make way for Big Brother to come back and fill the void

We've been overdue something else to take over the saturation of reality TV for a long time.

That's why people are turned away from traditional TV nowadays, who wants to watch 20 year old shows carrying on past their sell-by with nothing new to offer? ITV is the worst for this. That channel will soon be constant Coronation Street followed by BGT.

Big Brother died well over a decade ago.

Let it BURN!
