What else do people use them for? Heart rate?
I’ve never really been that interested in any of that, I used to have something similar that measured everything including sleep quality, but it was obviously wrong be it said I was asleep in the middle of the night at one point
When I can measure it all in my head? No

How can it track your water rate, do you just tell it when you’re drinking water or something
My phone does most of thatFair enough most do, but not when your working (depending on your job obviously)

Matthew.

I’d assume working in a kitchen wouldn’t allow it
Don’t most work places not allow fitbits and smart watches? It's a watch why would they not allow it?
But no none that I'm aware of have banned watches

I use my phone for all the things people use a fit bit for... and I hate wearing watches or wrist bands... they get sweaty and gross.
