What time do you get up and go to bed?

I get up at around 9 and go to bed around 10pm.

I get up at 6am Monday- friday. Weekends I get a lie in....7 on a saturday for a 9am kick off and usually around 7.30 on a sunday.

Bedtime can be anytime from 10pm to 1am....

Usually go to bed around 23:30 and watch a documentary or something on my phone. I get up at about 08:30.

On average I'd say sleep at 1am and get up around 7am.

Wake up: 6.15am
Sleep: 10.30pm

On weekends/holidays,

Wake up: 9am
Sleep: 1am

Up anywhere between 6 and 11am.
