The Sun seem to be giving Emily a lot of webspace to say sorry. This is the second article on there website.

Disgraced Emily says sorryDISGRACED housemate Emily Parr has made a heartfelt public apology after being removed from the house for making a racial remark to fellow housemate, Charley.

She said, “This is not an excuse this is an explanation. I would never try to excuse what I said. I said something awful and I’m so sorry.”

Dressed in a white t-shirt and blue leggings, the 19-year-old Bristol student looked extremely remorseful being interviewed on Big Brother’s Little Brother as she attempted to explain her side of the story.

Emily said, “It’s a friendly term you know, making fun of people, being in a group.”

Presenter Dermot O’Leary asked her if she understood that the word causes offence now, Emily replied, “I’ve always known that, gosh, I’m sorry, completely wrong, there is no denying that. But I can’t take it back. I’m so sorry. Sorry what was the question.”

Looking visibly upset, the drama student fought back the tears as she described her fellow housemate, Charley as a great girl who was on her level and hoped that she understood that it was banter and she didn’t mean anything by it.

She added, “As soon as I said that, I was like what was that, where did that come from?

"I’m so glad that Channel 4 allowed everything was aired because people needed to see the context of where it came from.

“I’m not racist. I can’t stress that enough. I’m just a liberal girl living in a liberal society.”

Almost 1000 people have complained to Channel 4 - that Emily Parr was wrongly thrown off Big Brother for using the N-word on Wednesday night.

So she admits herself it was wrong then. End of in my opinion then.

Yeah. She has admitted and apologised for her mistake. Time to move on.

BB did what they had to and Emily has apologised and meant it, but I do think that she said what she said from pure ignorance. She is not streetwise and has not mixed in the wide outside world. She has led a fairly proctected life. When Dermot interviewed her she seemed to be trying to say that she 'didn't realise' and he said that that negated her apology....or words to that effect.

Emily was larking around with a mate and used language that she didn't realise would cause such offence. She said she is sorry and was shocked by herself at the time...I think she was actually shocked at Charley and Nicki's reaction.

I agree that it should all be dropped now but I also think that Charley will never truley let it go as her nature is to NEVER give up on anything that she can use to her advantage and that is exactly what she is doing now.

They are all egotistical game players or they would NOT be there is the 1st place.

I saw this on BBLB. I thought she totally genuine. Apparently, she burst into tears after the inteview finished during the commercial break. I don't believe she is racist, she simply made a mistake.

agreed

and for Vanessa Feltz to say that Emily burst into tears after the cameras stopped.......Vanessa has no time for anyone....and doesn't mix her words, so that really showed that Emily wasn't acting for the cameras.....if she was Vanessa probably would have said it.
