I never saw him as such, even being a Party member.
However, I like, still, his policies.
However now feel he isn't the one to deliver them.
He fought a strong campaign in 2017, he with most of Labour and the voters, removed the Conservative overall majority in Parliament.
Despite polls having him on or beyond 15% behind the Conservatives.
That's a fair achievement in itself.
If polls recently were right and was an election result.
He would have Labour around 220 seats.
The Conservative party around 70.
This no policies, divisive Party for brexit around 230 seats.
In that scenario, it would be a Labour led government even in the present political climate.
Personally, I think Corbyn should also make way.
His compromise to seem to compromise on compromising is wearing thin.
His time has passed in my view although a good number of his policies should stay.
Sadly since 2016, we have had no leader of the Conservatives, Labour or LibDems who resembled anything like a competent Statesperson.
