We will listen to our constituents and have a regular 'surgery' whereby you can air any suggestions for the forum and we will promote them in our own Sunshine style.

we love sunflowers too for the oils and are in our butter products, the more healthy fats :hee:

some also deepfry chips or fries as we call em here (same as in france and Belgium) also bake them in sunflower oil

yep, we actually had our first series of Painting Challenge this year, about who could be up there with a Rembrandt or Van Gogh

sort of GBBO style competition, with a technical challenge and a showstopper own painting based on the theme of each week
