No, because even the worst presidents (Prior to Trump) were presidential in that they'd see things through, they wouldn't have been weak enough to throw tantrums like Trump has.

Trump is a weak little man with thin skin and he lies every time he opens his mouth, you should disregard everything he says because he'll contradict it in the next breath.
