Jon has sent a time-delayed email to his friends which they received after he entered the house.
The Mirror's got a copy

Here's their story which accompanies it which inevitably brands him dull, boring blah, blah, blah

Thanks for posting Jon's email up, James. I read it from start to finish and didn't, in any way, find it boring as the Sun tried to make out. I found it to be just very loving and attentive to his many friends and to his family.
I did notice this:
".... talked at length about the lessons that they had learned from last year's endless talk of sex and drunken holidays in the Med"
Nice to know that they did learn from last year's mistakes and were prepared to admit it.

Still think Jon is great entertainment value in a surreal way.
He's just been talking about his wish that someone would invent a toaster with a time delay so the second sliced comes out 20 seconds after the first. Thus giving you time to butter the first slice so each slice is as perfectly hot and allows the butter to soak in to exactly the same degree.
No wonder the psychologist had never met anyone like him.

I think the longer Jon stays in, the more popular he's going to get. As I've said in another thread, he is incredibly boring, but he's also sweet and kind. Hopefully those redeeming virtues will shine and he'll stay in till the end!

We really need an internet campaign to keep Jon (And Justine) in the house for as long as possible
(The reason for Justine will be done in another thread)
