For me:

1. Skins (I still enjoy gen 3 but nowhere near as 1 and 2.)
2. Misfits
3. The Simpsons
4. The Big Bang Theory
5. Dr Who

How I Met Your Mother - The first 5 seasons were great but it became really tedious to watch around seasons 7-8.

Arrow - I enjoyed seasons 1-4 but season 5 was a bit naff and just never bothered to carry on watching.

Sex in the City - Every season after it went from 20 odd episodes to 10-12 was dire. The final series was quite good though.
