I can enjoy all genres but I'm most fussy when it comes to comedy. I love a GOOD comedy but a comedy that falls flat is an absolute ****ing chore. Most genres you can find something to like... A bad horror can be "so bad it's funny". An action film with a terrible script can have a decent action scene or two.
A comedy that isn't funny is torture.

Lord of the Rings.
War movies (except Inglorious Basterds because that's just amazing).

I take it you mean fantasy? Because Lord of the Rings is not a genre.

Nothing beats a good comedy, but like TS said, a bad one of the worst kind, there’s nothing worse.

Any ‘comedy’ with Ben Stiller or Owen Wilson is an absolute no go

I'd add Adam Sandler to that list. His last comedy film I enjoyed was Click. Everything since then has been dreadful.

Ahh yeah!
He hasn’t had a good movie since Mr. Deeds and even that wasn’t cinema gold

Musicals & dramas :skull:
As for Adam Sandler, I might be biased because I LOVED his movies when I was younger but I still don't mind him later in his acting career. I mean at least a decade+ ago anyway, he still had great movies in: The Longest Yard, Click, Grown Ups

I generally avoid horrors because I don't understand the thrill of being scared for a couple of hours.

I don't mind horror as long as they're psychological and chilling, but I don't want to watch people being tortured and dismembered. Other than I'll watch most stuff.
