View Full Version : What do you imagine the worst way to die would be?
I don't fancy seeing it coming....at all..like say if you were under the control of someone else, terrified of what they were going to do..knowing you were going to die...but how painful it would be would not be in your hands.
Eurghhh..imagine that...it's made my Adams apple go all funnym

If they are already all gone then you would be meeting them again...surely from a life without them it would be a good way to go.

Drowning, buried alive, or in a plane when you know it’s going down

Freeze to death.
Drowning, buried alive, or in a plane when you know it’s going down
On the plus side, if it was a slow descent into mountains you may have time to finish the suduko puzzle...
Freeze to death.
I don't fancy that if I'm naked....but if I had six bear skins wrapped round me...with just my head sticking out..
I wonder what that would be like to be all snug inside while your brain freezes.

Something like how John Jones died in Nutty Putty Cave, stuck in a tiny space unable to move for over 24 hours. I start to feel costraphobicdarren just thinking about it :worry:

You just survived the biggest jenga ever....be happy.
I definitely think burning or drowning, though. I've heard the final moments of drowning are euphoric (burning alive may be too, but I imagine the journey to those moments are a lot less enjoyable/you'd die before oxygen deprivation anyway) so it's got that going for it, I guess
Actually yes, being buried alive or an equivalent is also Awful

I've read that but can't get how gasping for breath whilst your lungs fill with water can be anything other than absolutely terrifying. If its true (and how they can prove it I don't know) then it's freaky what the human brain can do

Imagine being forced to be scared for long enough you **** yourself to death....I don't fancy that...what would scare you for long enough..and how long would it take....

Something that would scare me for long enough would be being trapped in a room and the water level starts rising (kinda like in the first Resident Evil film where the room is sealed and then the sprinkler system is turned on to drown everyone inside).

Falling from a great height is the worst for me. Something like the first 10 minutes of Cliffhanger would be horrific.
Although, I have to say, Drowning and being burnt alive are up there too. What a horrible way to go.

LOL.... you're so off the wall sometimes.
My late husband did a lot of canoeing and once almost drowned. He said it was the most peaceful feeling, that he realised he was going to die and thought, you know, this is not a bad way to go... no panic... then he was pulled out by his mates, so I wouldn't be afraid of drowning. Burned alive though.... horrifying.
Or suffering from a really painful degenerative disease and not being able to end it yourself.
**** that I would be hammering the call bell for alcohol
