...depends? There's nothing wrong with eating one large meal a day and otherwise getting by on mostly healthy snacks like nuts, fruit, the occasional treat thrown in.

Obviously if you're talking about "binge snacking" - wolfing down a family pack of Doritos and a 500g bar of chocolate while sat in your pants watching Netflix - then no it's not healthy mentally or physically.

To keep your blood sugar at a constant level, and to protect your stomach, it is recommended to eat little and often .... ie snack ..... the problem is not the frequency that you eat but the quality of what you eat.
